What KLOW Blend is

KLOW is a four-component research blend of BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, and KPV. It matches the GLOW blend plus the tripeptide KPV.

No mechanism is proposed for this mixture, because no study of the mixture was identified 5. Setting four mechanisms side by side would suggest a combined mechanism that has not been demonstrated. Components, each with its own page BPC-157 ( /library/bpc-157 ): a synthetic pentadecapeptide described as derived from a human gastric juice sequence, studied mainly in rodent injury models and unapproved 1,6. Key evidence

  • Bicer et al., Jt Dis Relat Surg · 2026 · Rats (Achilles tendon transection and repair)
BPC-157 with TB-500 conferred no additional effect over either peptide alone; GHK-Cu and KPV were not studied. 7
  • Sun et al., ACS Biomater Sci Eng · 2021 · Rats (TNBS-induced ulcerative colitis) and formulation chemistry
Described KPV as a tripeptide derived from alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone and reported that KPV in plain solution was very unstable, motivating a hydrogel carrier. 8
  • Mendias & Awan, Sports Med · 2026 · Literature (unapproved peptides including BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu)
Characterised this group as a gray market largely outside regulatory oversight, with animal-level findings and scarce rigorous human safety data. 1

What the human evidence shows

No approved or established human dose

We searched PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov and found no human studies that administered KLOW Blend. The research described on its page is from cells or animals, and animal amounts do not translate to people.

How long did human studies run?

No human study durations are recorded for KLOW Blend.

Supplies and handling

  • Lyophilized vial
Sealed vial with the freeze-dried cake. Check the label, lot and the certificate of analysis before opening.
  • Sterile diluent
The diluent named on the product documentation. Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol; sterile water does not.
  • Graduated syringes
Sized to the volume being measured. U-100 insulin syringes are graduated in units where 100 units = 1 mL.
  • Alcohol prep pads
For wiping vial stoppers before each puncture.
  • Nitrile gloves
    Clean gloves for aseptic handling.
  • Sharps container
    Puncture-resistant container for used needles.

Storage

General research-context handling only, and there is an added consideration for a multi-component vial: the four components are separate molecules with separate stability and solubility behaviour, and no published stability data for them combined in one container were identified. Defer to the supplier's own stability and handling documentation for the specific lot. No preparation or administration instructions are given on this page.

  • Lyophilized (unmixed) vials: typically stored cold and dry, away from light, as the documentation directs. Many are stable longer frozen.
  • Reconstituted vials: typically refrigerated (about 2–8 °C), protected from light and not frozen.
  • Bacteriostatic water contains benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth in multi-use vials; sterile water has no preservative.

Handling mistakes and troubleshooting

Added the wrong volume of diluent
The concentration changes, not the amount of compound in the vial. Recalculate with the volume actually added and relabel the vial.
Shook the vial and it foamed
Let it settle in the refrigerator. Foam is a sign of agitation; some peptides aggregate when shaken. Note it on the label.
The solution is cloudy or has particles
Do not use it. Cloudiness can indicate incomplete dissolution, contamination or degradation. Record the lot and contact the supplier with the certificate of analysis.
The powder cake looks melted or shrunken before reconstitution
This can indicate the vial was exposed to heat or moisture. Record the lot and condition on arrival.
Liquid sprayed back when the needle was removed
Pressure built up in the vial. Withdraw a small volume of air while adding diluent to keep pressure neutral.

Regulatory status

Status
No approved product corresponds to this mixture and none of its four named components is FDA-approved as a drug 1,2. BPC-157 is named by WADA as a non-approved substance prohibited at all times, and thymosin-beta-4 derivatives including TB-500 are prohibited growth factors 3. On FDA's May 14, 2026 503A bulk drug substances list, GHK-Cu appears in category 1 restricted to non-injectable routes, while BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV do not appear in any category 4.
United States (FDA)
No FDA-approved application corresponds to this mixture or to any of its four components 1,2. On FDA's May 14, 2026 503A bulk drug substances list, "GHK-Cu (except for injectable routes of administration)" is in category 1, Bulk Drug Substances Under Evaluation, with FDA stating it intends to consult the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee before the end of February 2027 about possible inclusion on the 503A bulks list; BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV do not appear in any of the three categories 4. The GHK-Cu category 1 entry excludes injectable routes, which is the route in which this blend is marketed 4.
Sport (WADA)
Section S0 of the WADA 2026 Prohibited List names BPC-157 among its examples of non-approved substances prohibited at all times, with "including but not limited to" wording, and section S2.3 names thymosin-beta-4 and its derivatives including TB-500 among prohibited growth factors 3. GHK-Cu and KPV are not named in the 2026 list; because S0 covers unapproved substances as a class, that absence is hedged negative evidence and not clearance 3. A 2026 doping-focused review lists KPV among peptide fragments circulating in sport and bodybuilding 10.

Frequently asked questions

What doses of KLOW Blend have been studied in humans?
None that establish an amount. KLOW Blend is not approved anywhere and we found no human studies that administered it. Amiravo does not publish community or vendor figures.
Is there an established KLOW Blend cycle length?
No. We found no human studies that report treatment duration for KLOW Blend.
How much bacteriostatic water should be added to a KLOW Blend vial?
There is no compound-specific volume. The diluent volume only sets the concentration: concentration = mass in the vial ÷ volume added (for example, 10 mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL). The calculator on this page shows the arithmetic for any combination.
How many units is a given amount on an insulin syringe?
On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL. Units for an amount = amount ÷ (concentration per unit). The calculator converts any amount you enter at the concentration you choose; a unit is a volume mark, not an amount of compound.
Is KLOW Blend FDA-approved?
Not approved — research use only.
